Gym Membership Form

⚠️ WARNING : ONLY REGISTER IF AND ONLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY AN AS MEMBER AND WISH TO ADD THE GYM AS AN EXTRA.

To access the gym, you will need to sign and upload the regulations opposite and pay a membership fee of €20 per year (10€ form february 17th).
