How to register a car ?
Registering your car allows you to benefit from AS reimbursement rates when traveling.
You must register your car at least one week before the first trip.
Just send the following documents by email to matthieu.vincent@as-isae-supaero.com :
- Driving license
- Registration card
- Insurance
- Technical control
How to report an accident?
As part of your sports practice with the AS, you may either be the victim of an accident or the cause of one.
Members are encouraged to take out personal injury insurance as part of their sports activities.
- If the accident occurred during FFSU training or competition, please fill out the following form:
Important: You must contact the Mutuelle Des Sportifs within 5 days after the accident.
- If the accident occurred during sports practice with the AS, the FFSU license insurance does not apply. However:

If the injury outside the FFSU framework does not involve a third party, only the member's personal injury insurance can be used. In this case, the member must directly handle the process with their insurance provider.

If the injury outside the FFSU framework involves a third party, the AS's civil liability insurance may be used in addition to the personal injury insurance of the involved athletes, provided they have taken out such coverage.
How to create a club?
Do you practice a sport that is not included in the AS sections list?
You have the opportunity to create a new sports section within the association!
If you think others might be interested in practicing this sport with you, you can submit a proposal to the AS board and prepare a file.
This filemust include:
- A brief presentation of the costs and conditions of the sport.
- A list to estimate the number of interested participants.

You will then need to submit this file via email to contact@as-isae-supaero.com or in paper during an AS office hour. You will get contacted by the AS secretary and your file will be reviewed in your presence at the General Assembly,.
