How to report an accident?

As part of your sports practice with the AS, you may either be the victim of an accident or the cause of one.

Members are encouraged to take out personal injury insurance as part of their sports activities.

- If the accident occurred during FFSU training or competition, please fill out the following form:

Important: You must contact the Mutuelle Des Sportifs within 5 days after the accident.

- If the accident occurred during sports practice with the AS, the FFSU license insurance does not apply. However:

​

• If the injury outside the FFSU framework does not involve a third party, only the member's personal injury insurance can be used. In this case, the member must directly handle the process with their insurance provider.

​

• If the injury outside the FFSU framework involves a third party, the AS's civil liability insurance may be used in addition to the personal injury insurance of the involved athletes, provided they have taken out such coverage.
