How to ask for a refund ?

Each member has the possibility of being partially reimbursed for:

 - Either one expensive sport and one moderately expensive sport

- Or two moderately expensive sports.

Sports are categorized as follows:

Expensive sports
Skydiving, paragliding, gliding, private pilot license (PPL), diving.

Moderately expensive sports
Kitesurfing, skiing and snowboarding, mountaineering, climbing and canyoning, sailing, horse riding, gymnastics, windsurfing, surfing.

The AS provides two types of reimbursements: for travel expenses and for costs incurred in practicing the sport (training, refereeing, equipment, etc.).

Travel Expenses

For certain sports, your travel expenses may be partially reimbursed. To be eligible, you must follow the steps below.

At least one week before departure:

- Register your car

- Provide a list of participants

- Submit a detailed estimate of actual expenses

- Provide a mileage report via a screenshot from mappy.com

- Submit the completed travel request form

Upon your return, you must provide:

- A report

- The list of participants along with the signature of each person who took part in the trip

- A summary of the actual expenses incurred along with supporting documents such as bills or toll receipts for example

Refund Request

In several cases, you may have incurred expenses on behalf of the AS. You can request reimbursement within one month after the completion of the last service provided.

The reimbursement form must be completed and signed by the section president, then approved by the sports manager. This form can be collected during AS office hours. It will then be submitted to the treasurers, who will issue a check or a bank transfer.
